Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with ChicKartCreations. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) may experience longer delivery times.
4. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If we do ship internationally, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages ChicKartCreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at ChicKartCreations@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ChicKartCreations@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is processed.
