All purchases made at ChicKartCreations are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any items, including sale or discounted merchandise. Please review your order details — including size, color, and quantity — carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ChicKartCreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
