Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days. Overnight Shipping options are available at checkout for delivery within 1 business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. International orders may have different thresholds based on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping carrier's website.
Refunds
All sales are final!
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including sale or discounted merchandise. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ChicKartCreations@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfillment process. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
